Routemaster meets Thomas, Sir Topham Hatt, The Fat Controller and the Troublesome Trucks

A superb example of Bristol L5G chassis dating from September 1948, with Bristol Bus Works B35R bodywork, LHT911 is another bus with a chequered history. Delivered to Bristol Tramways as 2388 with ECW B35R body it was rebodied in October 1958 with a 1950 Bristol Bus Works B35R body from 1937 Bristol JO5G chassis Bristol Tramways N^o. 2074 (EHT 536). It was withdrawn from Stroud in 1961. Inherited by Kelvin Amos from his father. Until I upgrade my PCV license to a full all types my ambition to drive this bus will remain frustrated.
